Bluetooth works on a radio chip and once you setup on two electronic devices, communication can be established hopping channels up to 1600 times per second. The inventing users of Bluetooth included elite companies such as Ericsson, IBM, Intel, Nokia and Toshiba in 1996. As the years have been passed, additional companies have been working in Bluetooth technology.
The future is geared near
Wireless technology as the cables seen on desktops are gradually becoming out-dated.The Bluetooth technology is quicklygrowingday by day and the possibilities are infinite.
How Bluetooth technologies evolve.
The word “Bluetooth” named is given after a Danish king, HaraldBluetooth, who ruled from 940 to 985 AD. During his rein, Bluetooth was able to unite Denmark and part of Norway into a single kingdom. In 1994, Ericsson started researching short-range wireless technologythat could be used between their cellular phones and peripheral devices, such as a headset. In 1998 Ericsson, Nokia, IBM, Toshiba, and Intel came together to form a Special Interest Group (SIG). These companies wereselected because of Nokia &Ericsson managesin cell phone, IBM & Toshiba manage in laptop computing and IntelLeadership in digital signal processing technology. In the four interval of year theoriginal five companies in the SIG have turned into 1500.
The main objective of Bluetoothtechnology development was because of replacing the entire cables tie up today’s complex world. In the desktop computer we can found many wires connected at the back side for instance a printer, keyboard, and monitor. The user may get confuse for connecting the correct plugThe designers of Bluetooth soon understood that thistechnology is capable of much more than just connecting peripheral devices. Bluetooth can work as a lower
Speed wireless network allowing connection through access points.it is a universal standard which can be used wherever you go.Any devices which havethe facility of Bluetoothservice can add Bluetooth capability via USB connectors or PC cards. As this technology became more popular among the people the companies start to make, more devices which come with Bluetooth chips built-in. There are many such devices on the market that support Bluetooth technology they are; phones, laptops, and PDAs. As more of these devices are released to the public, Bluetooth’s place in societywill be sealed. Fig: 1summarized all the discussionabove with major milestones and lessons learned ineach age.
